    BASE: Japanese sake
    Dialed down on the sugars,
    striking a balance between the sharpness of sake and
    the sourness of fully ripened Nankou plums.
  • 02 MISAO
    Alc. 11%

    BASE: Okinawa shochu age sake

    Aged awamori shochu from Okinawa is infused with pulp of plums. This umeshu is finished
    with brown sugar.
    A striking interplay is created between thick sweetness
    and the intense aroma of awamori.
  • 03 RYU
    Alc. 12%
    BASE: Shochu
    Fully ripened Nankou plums are used liberally in a decidedly
    plum-forward sweet finish.
    Smooth and bright on the palette.
  • 04 ICHI
    Alc. 13%
    BASE: Okinawa shochu
    A blend of three plum types including
    Nankou and Sumomo plums.
    The combination with Okinawa Awamori Shochu results in a dry finish.
  • 05 KIN-NO-SUZU
    Alc. 14%
    BASE: Shochu
    Honey is used in place of sugar to
    extract the essence of the plum.
    Enjoyed best straight like a fine wine.
