MINABE "The First"

A new curaçao crafted around Kishu Nanko plums grown in our own orchard in Minabe, Wakayama, layered with Japanese citrus and a selection of botanicals.
Rather than an extension of umeshu, it was created in the context of curaçao as known in the world of cocktails, bringing out the bright acidity and aromatic character of Nanko plums.
The result is a multidimensional flavor profile that sets it apart from conventional orange-led curaçaos.
